Delhi's former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia is also among those who have received notices over the voter-detail mapping process, according to the information available.
The notices follow a mapping exercise in which current electoral entries are sought to be linked to the rolls prepared during the 2002 special intensive revision. Where a name cannot be matched to that earlier roll, a notice is issued to the elector concerned.
In the case of the Advani family, three members — Advani, Pratibha and Geetika — could not be mapped, while Jayant's details were successfully matched. The notices require the recipients to respond to the discrepancy flagged during the exercise.
