AP PGECET 2026 Counselling Schedule Out; Registration Begins September 16
APSCHE has released the AP PGECET 2026 counselling schedule, with online registration and fee payment starting September 16, 2026.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the counselling schedule for the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) 2026. The counselling will cover admissions to MTech, MPharmacy and PharmD programmes, and the schedule is available on the official portal, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Online registration and fee payment will open on September 16, 2026, and close on September 21. Candidates who qualified through GATE, GPAT or AP PGECET 2026 are eligible to apply.
According to the notification, GATE and GPAT qualifiers will be considered first for admission based on their scores. Any seats left vacant after that allotment will be offered to AP PGECET 2026 candidates on the basis of merit.
The registration fee is Rs 1,000 for OBC candidates and Rs 600 for SC and ST applicants.

Eligibility
Applicants must be Indian nationals and hold a relevant bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an AICTE- or UGC-approved institution. General candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying degree, while the threshold for reserved categories is 45%.
In each course, 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates from Andhra Pradesh, with the remaining 15% open to both local and non-local applicants.
Classes for the MTech, MPharmacy and PharmD programmes will begin on September 30, 2026.
