BJP Demands Punjab CM's Resignation, CBI Probe Into Transfer Scam

Speaking to the media, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia leveled serious accusations, claiming that AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Mann have "today become symbols of corruption." He further alleged that senior officials in the Punjab administration are also implicated in what he termed a "cash for transfer scam."
The demand for a CBI probe comes amid growing political friction in the state. Bhatia's remarks suggest a coordinated effort by the BJP to corner the AAP government on governance and integrity issues ahead of upcoming electoral cycles.
Neither the Punjab government nor AAP leaders have yet issued an official response to these allegations. The development is likely to intensify the political confrontation between the two parties in the state.
