Netflix Drops Trailer for 'Call My Agent' Film, Cottin Returns as Andrea

Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming French feature film, 'Call My Agent', a big-screen continuation of the beloved series of the same name. The streaming platform shared the preview on Monday, building anticipation ahead of the film's September 10 launch in France.

Directed by Emilie Noblet from a screenplay by Fanny Herrero and Lison Daniel, the movie sees Camille Cottin reprise her role as Andrea, the former talent agent now on the verge of directing her first feature film. The plot takes a chaotic turn when the lead actor quits on the eve of production to join a Wes Anderson project, throwing Andrea's plans into disarray.

Forced to improvise, Andrea teams up with Noemie, played by Laure Calamy, who has since become a successful reality TV producer. Andrea believes she can easily manipulate her old colleague, but a series of setbacks—including a full recasting, on-set disasters, and a custody battle over her daughter—threaten to unravel everything.

The trailer showcases the return of several long-running cast members, including Thibault de Montalembert, Gregory Montel, Nicolas Maury, and Liliane Rovère, with Laurent Lafitte making a guest appearance. Other familiar faces include Ophelia Kolb and Fanny Sidney, while new additions to the cast feature Laetitia Casta, Vincent Macaigne, and Anne Marivin.

While George Clooney's cameo was announced last year, he does not appear in the trailer. Netflix has confirmed that the star does have a role in the film.
