Delhi Influencer Alleges Rape, Blackmail by SSB Official's Associate in Muzaffarpur

A Delhi-based influencer has accused an associate of a Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) assistant sub-inspector of raping her in Muzaffarpur and later using a video of the assault to extort money from her.

The woman, who has a two-year-old child, has filed complaints with the SSB authorities and the district police against ASI Vikas Kumar, posted at the SKMCH sector headquarters in Muzaffarpur, and his associate, Rajiv Rai.

According to her complaint, the two men approached her through social media, promising to make her reels go viral and increase her follower count. She said she travelled to Muzaffarpur on September 7 last year at Kumar's invitation, accompanied by her child, and was put up at a hotel on Station Road.

She has alleged that Rai raped her at the hotel and recorded an obscene video of the incident. The woman further claimed that she was then pressured into sexual relations with Kumar, and that when she resisted, she was threatened with the murder of her child.

After returning to Delhi, she said, the accused began blackmailing her and threatening to circulate the video, and extorted Rs 20,000 from her. In distress, she informed her husband about the matter.

An online complaint was subsequently filed with the SSB headquarters, and she was summoned to Muzaffarpur to record her statement. The woman has alleged that the accused threatened her to change her statement and withdraw the case. She has also lodged a formal complaint at the Nagar Police Station.

Muzaffarpur Senior Superintendent of Police Kantesh Kumar Mishra said the matter had come to his notice and that an investigation was underway.

Separately, a woman from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh has reported receiving threats from the same accused through social media, including abusive language and obscene comments on her videos. She has levelled serious allegations against Kumar and Rai and filed a complaint at the Ahiyapur Police Station.
