The cast and crew of the iconic film Dil Chahta Hai came together in Mumbai to mark the 25th anniversary of its release. The silver jubilee celebration saw the reunion of lead actors Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan, along with director Farhan Akhtar and other members of the original team.
The 2001 film, directed by Farhan Akhtar, was a commercial success and is remembered for its fresh narrative. It starred Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Preity Zinta, Sonali Kulkarni, and Dimple Kapadia. The story followed three close friends navigating love, friendship, and life's uncertainties after graduation.
At the event, Saif Ali Khan was seen in a black blazer and sunglasses, posing for photographs with Farhan Akhtar, Aamir Khan, and Dimple Kapadia. Farhan's wife, Shibani Dandekar, attended in a blue top and white bottoms. Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar was also present at the celebration.
