Diljit Dosanjh headlines Wembley, announces Ahmedabad AURA Tour date

Diljit Dosanjh made history as the first Punjabi artist to headline Wembley Stadium and announced an Ahmedabad concert on November 21, 2026.

Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh has confirmed a return to India with a concert at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on November 21, 2026, announced during his sold-out AURA World Tour show at London's Wembley Stadium on September 12 local time.

The Wembley performance made him the first Punjabi artist to headline the venue, a landmark in his international career. His team said he played to roughly 90,000 people, mixing his signature bhangra routines in traditional attire with hip-hop across a packed stadium. Wembley Stadium's official Instagram account shared clips from the night, noting that he was the first Punjabi artist to headline the ground.

Diljit and his team also posted moments from the show on Instagram. In fan videos circulating on social media, he is seen telling the crowd in Punjabi that the world's biggest stadium is in India and asking how a Punjabi could not perform there. He greeted the audience with "Kem Cho, majaa maa?" before confirming the Narendra Modi Stadium date of November 21.

The Ahmedabad show marks a step up in scale from his Dil-Luminati India Tour in late 2024, when he played to packed venues across the country, including in Ahmedabad. The November 21 concert is so far the only confirmed date and venue for the coming India leg; ticket sale dates and pricing have not been announced.
