CBFC clears Drishyam The Conclusion with U/A 16+ and no cuts
Drishyam The Conclusion has been certified U/A 16+ by the CBFC with no cuts or modifications, and a runtime of 150 minutes.
The Central Board of Film Certification has cleared Drishyam The Conclusion with a U/A 16+ certificate and no cuts, continuing a recent run of films passing the examining committee without changes.
The certificate was handed to the makers on September 28. The board did not seek any audio or visual modification, nor did it ask for the title and credits to be displayed in the film's language, an anti-drug ticker, or any advertisement at the start or during the intermission.
The runtime listed on the certificate is 150 minutes, or two and a half hours. That makes it the second-longest entry in the franchise, after Drishyam (2015), which ran 162 minutes. Drishyam 2 (2022) had a duration of 2 hours and 22 minutes.
It is also the second film in the series to be passed with a U/A certificate and zero cuts, following Drishyam 2.
The film stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav and Kamlesh Sawant. It is directed by Abhishek Pathak and produced by Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
Drishyam The Conclusion is set to arrive in cinemas on October 2.
