The much-anticipated trailer for 'Drishyam: The Conclusion' has been released, marking the return of Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar in the final installment of the popular thriller franchise. The film, directed by Abhishek Pathak, is slated to hit theaters on October 2, 2026.
The trailer, unveiled in Goa, picks up the narrative from where 'Drishyam 2' ended, introducing a fresh plot and a new screenplay. Vijay, who has always managed to stay one step ahead to protect his family, now confronts a determined adversary in the form of SP Crime Branch Rajveer Singh Tomar, played by Jaideep Ahlawat. Tomar is resolute in his quest to uncover the truth that Vijay has carefully concealed for years.
As the investigation intensifies, old secrets begin to surface, and the Salgaonkar family finds themselves under increasing pressure. The trailer hints at a tense cat-and-mouse game between Vijay and Tomar, with both characters determined to outmaneuver each other.
The film sees the return of Tabu as IG Meera Deshmukh, Shriya Saran as Nandini, and Rajat Kapoor, with Prakash Raj adding to the tension. Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta, and Mrunal Jadhav are also part of the ensemble cast.
'Drishyam: The Conclusion' is presented by Star Studio18 and produced by Panorama Studios. Abhishek Pathak directs and co-writes the film with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh. The franchise began in 2015 with a remake of the Malayalam film starring Mohanlal, and the second part, 'Drishyam 2', was released in 2022. The story follows Vijay, a simple family man from Goa, who uses his wits to shield his family after a murder changes their lives.
