HDB Techceleration 2026 opens in Hubballi, draws 700 delegates and 100 startups

HDB Techceleration 2026 began in Hubballi, uniting 700 delegates, 100 startups, and 25 investors under Karnataka's Beyond Bengaluru Mission.

The sixth edition of HDB Techceleration 2026 commenced in Hubballi on Thursday, marking a significant push for the Hubballi-Dharwad-Belagavi (HDB) region as an emerging hub for technology and advanced manufacturing.

The two-day event, organised under the Karnataka Government's Beyond Bengaluru Mission, has drawn more than 700 delegates, 100 startups, and 25 investors. The gathering is designed to foster connections between entrepreneurs, capital providers, and industry stakeholders.

Speaking at the inaugural session, the CEO of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) highlighted the region's growing stature, pointing to its potential in both technology services and advanced manufacturing sectors.

The Beyond Bengaluru Mission, a key state initiative, aims to decentralise industrial growth by promoting investment and innovation in cities outside the state capital. Techceleration serves as a platform to showcase local enterprise and attract funding to the HDB belt.

With participation spanning startups, investors, and policymakers, the event is expected to catalyse new business opportunities and reinforce the region's role in Karnataka's broader economic landscape.
