Hyderabad Airport Wins Three Global ACI Awards for Passenger Experience
Hyderabad's RGIA has been honoured with three ACI World recognitions for passenger experience, accessibility, and arrivals service.
Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been honoured with three international recognitions from Airports Council International (ACI) World, underscoring its commitment to passenger-centric operations.
The airport has achieved the ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Level 5, the highest tier in ACI World's customer experience framework. This accreditation is granted to airports that have woven customer experience into their core strategy, organisational culture, daily operations, innovation efforts, and stakeholder engagement.
In addition, RGIA received the ACI Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation Level 2, which acknowledges its work in creating an inclusive and smooth travel journey for passengers with reduced mobility and other accessibility requirements.
Rounding off the honours, the airport was named among the 'Best Airports at Arrivals Globally' in the ACI ASQ Customer Experience Award 2025. This recognition is based on passenger feedback gathered through ACI's Airport Service Quality (ASQ) programme, highlighting RGIA's performance in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for arriving travellers.
