Hyderabad's new 3.23-km corridor to open on September 3
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy will inaugurate the 3.23-km Nalgonda X Roads-Saidabad-IS Sadan-Owaisi junction corridor on September 3, 2026.
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will inaugurate the newly constructed 3.23-km Nalgonda X Roads - Saidabad - IS Sadan - Owaisi junction corridor on the evening of Thursday, September 3, 2026. The project, built at a cost of ₹630 crore, is designed to serve as a 'conflict-free corridor' connecting the localities of Chanchalguda, Saidabad, and IS Sadan.
The infrastructure includes a 2.43-km main viaduct and a 200-metre up ramp from the IS Sadan junction. According to officials, the corridor is expected to significantly ease traffic congestion in these areas and reduce travel time by approximately 30 minutes.
Mr. Reddy, who also holds the portfolio of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, will arrive from New Delhi to perform the inauguration. Following the ceremony, he is scheduled to address a public meeting at the Government Degree College in Chanchalguda.
This marks the second major infrastructure project inaugurated by the Chief Minister this week. On Monday, August 31, 2026, he had opened a 400-metre-long bridge connecting Moosarambagh and Amberpet.
