Telangana wraps up Indiramma Housing lucky draws for 7,340 flats

Lucky draws for 7,340 Indiramma Housing flats in 16 constituencies concluded; verification and online list to follow.

The Telangana government has concluded the lucky draw process for 7,340 affordable flats under the Indiramma Housing scheme. The draws, held between August 28 and 31, covered proposed housing towers across 16 Assembly constituencies located within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits. These flats are yet to be constructed.

Following the draws, officials will now verify the eligibility of selected applicants. This includes checking family details, income, residence status, and whether applicants own any property within the ORR limits. The final list of beneficiaries will be published on the Telangana Housing Board's website. The public can also flag any concerns about selected candidates through the same portal.

These 7,340 flats are part of a larger pilot project under which the state plans to build one lakh affordable homes across 25 Assembly constituencies within the ORR or Hyderabad (CURE) limits. Each constituency is slated to receive 480 flats.

Meanwhile, the application window remains open for 1,920 flats in four additional constituencies — Musheerabad, Chandrayangutta, LB Nagar, and Goshamahal. The deadline for these applications is September 3, 2026. Notifications for the remaining constituencies are expected to be issued on the Housing Board's website in due course.
