Israel Prepares ICC Case Against Erdogan Over Kurds and Hamas Allegations

Israel is preparing a potential case at the International Criminal Court against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, centred on allegations involving Kurdish minorities and claimed support from the Turkish government for Hamas.

The development signals a fresh legal front in the strained relationship between the two countries, with Israeli officials said to be assembling material for a possible filing at the court in The Hague.
