The ED has formally transmitted a 25-page dossier to State Police Chief Ravada A. Chandrasekhar, invoking Section 66(2) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The communication encloses the agency's investigative findings along with supporting evidence gathered during its probe.
The State Police Chief's scrutiny of the ED report will now determine the subsequent course of action.
