KTR Praises Nani's 'The Paradise' for Capturing Telangana's Culture
KTR watched Nani's 'The Paradise' in Hyderabad and praised the film for portraying Telangana's culture and the struggle against suppression.
Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KTR has praised the Telugu film 'The Paradise', describing it as a work that speaks against suppression. He watched the Nani-starrer on Saturday at Sudharshan Theatre in Hyderabad, accompanied by several members of the political fraternity.
Speaking to the media afterwards, KTR congratulated the film's team. He said the movie, directed by Srikanth Odela, depicts a struggle for existence, the experience of suppression, and the arrival of a leader who brings recognition to a community. He extended his congratulations to Odela, to Nani, and to everyone else associated with the film.
KTR said 'The Paradise' captures Telangana's soil, dialect, and culture with remarkable clarity, and that it shows how people rise against suppression while delivering a powerful message.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, 'The Paradise' features Nani alongside Mohan Babu, Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni, and Raghav Juyal in prominent roles. Actor Priyadarshi Pulikonda appears in a surprise political cameo as MLA Shankaranna, a character reportedly inspired by former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
The period action-drama was released in theatres on September 24, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. It marks the second collaboration between Nani and Odela after 'Dasara', which was released in 2023 and emerged as one of the year's blockbuster Telugu films.
