Latin Grammys 2026: Karol G, Rosalía, Mon Laferte Lead Nominee List

The Latin Recording Academy has announced the nominees for the 27th Latin Grammy Awards, with the ceremony scheduled for November 12 in Las Vegas.

Karol G, Rosalía and Mon Laferte emerged as prominent names across the leading categories. Karol G's "Tropicoqueta" is nominated for Album of the Year, while her collaboration with Marco Antonio Solís, "Coleccionando Heridas," features in both Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Rosalía's "LUX (Complete Works)" earned an Album of the Year nod, and her track "La Perla" with Yahritza y Su Esencia appears in Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Song. Mon Laferte's "FEMME FATALE" is up for Album of the Year and Best Singer-Songwriter Album, with the title track nominated for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

In the Record of the Year field, other contenders include CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso's "Ha Ha," Jorge Drexler's "¿Como Se Ama?," Silvana Estrada's "Dime," Loulu Gilberto's "O Amor Nos Encontrou," Carín León's "Desde Que Te Tengo," Milo J's "Niño" and Elena Rose's "Alma."

Album of the Year nominees also include Anitta's "EQUILIBRIVM," CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso's "FREE SPIRITS," Jorge Drexler's "Taracá," Silvana Estrada's "Vendrán Suaves Lluvias," Carín León's "MUDA," Milo J's "La Vida Era Más Corta" and Rawayana's "¿Dónde Es El After?"

Song of the Year features "Hasta Jesús Tuvo Un Mal Día" by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso featuring Sting, "Humano" by Juanes and Vivir Quintana, "Mi Gran Amor" by Santana featuring Becky G, "Nilo" by Zanna and "Solifican12" by Milo J.

The Best New Artist category includes Delilah, FABIAN, Loulu Gilberto, Arath Herce, Macario Martínez, maye, Sofia Monroy, Kendall Peña, Dora Sanches, ARIA VEGA and Zeca Veloso.

Genre categories span urban, alternative, tropical, Mexican and Portuguese-language fields. Bad Gyal, J Balvin, Ryan Castro, Beéle and Young Miko are nominated for Best Urban Music Album, while the Best Urban Song slate includes Rauw Alejandro, Bizarrap & Daddy Yankee, Omar Courtz, Ovy On The Drums, Quevedo and Beele.

Babasónicos, BRUSES, Teo Planell and Rosalía join CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso in the Best Alternative Music Album category. Traditional tropical nominees include Dayhan Díaz, Los Tri-O, Omara Portuondo, Gilberto Santa Rosa and Leoni Torres, while the contemporary tropical field features Jorge Luis Chacín, Alex Cuba, Fonseca, Greeicy and Niña Pastori.

In Mexican music, Peso Pluma, Tito Double P, Rivs, Xavi and Yahritza y Su Esencia are nominated for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album. The Best Regional Song category includes Karol G, Intocable, Xavi, Grupo Frontera, Edén Muñoz and Cristian Castro.

Portuguese-language categories recognise Anitta, Ludom, Luedji Luna, Jenni Mosello and Marina Sena for contemporary pop album, with Urias, Rosalía and Carminho, Criolo, Marisa Monte and Johnny Hooker among song nominees.

The classical field includes Gustavo Dudamel, Josep Vicent, Tiago Costa and Karina Canellakis. Edgar Barrera appears in both the Songwriter of the Year and Producer of the Year lists, the latter shared with Julio Raposo, Santiago Ruiz "Tatool," Juan Pablo Vega and Federico Vindver.

Music video nominations round out the slate, with Bk', Tamara Flores, Karetus, Los Tres and Rosalía competing in the short form category, and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Leiva, L7nnon, Maleh and a various-artists flamenco collection in the long form field.
