Netflix has released the trailer for 'Lust Stories 3', the latest instalment of its International Emmy-nominated anthology series. The film brings together four acclaimed directors — Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj — each presenting a distinct story that explores the complexities of love, longing, and the choices people make when desire takes hold.

The trailer offers a glimpse into four separate cinematic worlds, each with its own tone and rhythm. The stories navigate themes of emotional entanglement, unexpected consequences, and the fine line between comfort and the urge for something new. While the narratives differ, they are linked by a shared inquiry into what people want, what they suppress, and how those hidden feelings reshape their relationships.

A strong ensemble cast features Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Radhika Madan, Sana Thampi, Vijay Varma, Abhishek Banerjee, Siddharth, Ali Fazal, and Gurfateh Pirzada. Directors shared their motivations for joining the project. Bhardwaj spoke of desire's link to imagination and the stories people tell themselves, focusing on a character discovering her own voice and the questions that arise about identity and expression.

'Lust Stories 3' premieres on Netflix on September 18.
