British Actor Noel Clarke Charged with Sexual Offences
Actor-director Noel Clarke faces charges of sexual assault, voyeurism, and exposure over alleged incidents involving five women.
British actor and director Noel Clarke has been formally charged with a series of sex offences, London's Metropolitan Police confirmed on Tuesday.
The charges include two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure. They relate to alleged incidents involving five women, said to have taken place between 2007 and 2016.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorised the charges after reviewing evidence gathered during an investigation that began in September 2025.
Bethan David, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London, said: "The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Noel Clarke with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure."
Clarke, who rose to fame with the film Kidulthood and won the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2009, is scheduled to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 21.
The Metropolitan Police have not released further details about the alleged incidents or the complainants.
