Modi also announced that he had written an article dedicated to Singhal's life and thoughts, and shared a link to the piece alongside his posts.

The tribute was posted in both English and Hindi. In the Hindi version, the Prime Minister described Singhal's personality as a rare blend of resolve and simplicity, and said his devotion to organisational work, spiritual faith and social unity would remain an inspiration.
