Rajkumar Hirani on Salman Khan: 'Would Love to Work With Him'
Rajkumar Hirani expresses interest in directing Salman Khan, noting they've met but haven't found the right script yet.
Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani has expressed his willingness to collaborate with Salman Khan, completing a potential hat-trick of directorial projects with Bollywood's three superstar Khans. Hirani has previously directed Aamir Khan in 3 Idiots and PK, and Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki.
When asked about the possibility of working with Salman, Hirani told Varta Wire, "I would love to work with him. It's not that we haven't met. We've met a couple of times, but we've never really found a script that we felt we could do together. So, if it happens someday, maybe."
The director's comments came on August 26, a day that marked 38 years since Salman Khan entered the film industry. To celebrate the milestone, Salman Khan Films released a montage video on social media featuring some of the actor's most memorable roles and moments.
Salman Khan's career includes major commercial successes such as Sultan, Dabangg, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and the Tiger franchise. Beyond films, he has been the host of the reality show Bigg Boss since 2010, a role that has kept him a constant presence on Indian television.
