Actor Rashmika Mandanna has announced the worldwide theatrical release date for her upcoming action thriller, 'Mysaa'. The film is set to arrive in cinemas globally on November 27, 2026.
The announcement was accompanied by a striking promotional poster that shows Mandanna in a rugged, intense avatar, covered in dirt and blood while holding a weapon. Directed by Rawindra Pulle and produced under the Unformula Films banner, the project is described as an emotional, action-packed drama set against tribal backdrops.
Sharing the poster on social media, Mandanna offered a glimpse into the film's emotional core with a character note. "The rage! The pain! The heartache! The grief! The grit! The courage! The power and the storm you don't anticipate coming—that's Mysaa!" she wrote.
The film has generated significant curiosity around the actor's physical preparation for its demanding action sequences. Music for the project is being composed by Jakes Bejoy, with post-production and VFX work currently underway.
The release date announcement comes as Mandanna returns to regular work schedules after recovering from a hip injury sustained while shooting a dance sequence for the film. She had earlier shared details of the injury, noting that a tendon in her right hip had detached and required time to heal, describing 'Mysaa' as one of the most physically demanding films of her career.
Mandanna also has the Telugu period drama 'Ranabaali' in the pipeline, where she stars alongside Vijay Deverakonda. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film is set during the British Raj and is inspired by lesser-known chapters of Indian history. 'Ranabaali' is scheduled for a worldwide release on October 16.
