A Russian strike on the city of Brovary in the Kyiv region has damaged warehouses, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. The attack sparked a fire at an industrial facility, with local authorities confirming no casualties.
Video footage from the scene showed firefighters battling the blaze, with thick black smoke rising from the damaged structures. A 78-year-old resident, Valentina Mishchyuk, described the terrifying moment the strike hit, saying the blast force blew open her windows and she feared for her life.
Separately, Ukraine's Air Force reported on Telegram that it shot down or neutralized 103 Russian drones overnight. The attack involved 121 Shahed-type drones, including jet-powered variants, alongside Gerber, Parody, and S8000 "Bandera" drones, as well as a Kh-31P guided air missile.
The air force stated that drones were intercepted across northern, southern, eastern, and central Ukraine. Strikes were recorded at 15 locations, while falling debris from downed drones was reported in six other areas.
