TNEA 2026 Supplementary Counselling: Tentative Allotment on September 7
TNEA 2026 supplementary counselling tentative allotment is set for September 7. Choice filling runs September 4-5.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Chennai, has announced the schedule for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2026 Supplementary Counselling. The process will cover candidates under the Academic, Government School 7.5%, and Vocational categories.
Online choice filling for registered candidates will open at 10 AM on September 4 and close at 5 PM on September 5. Following this, the tentative allotment will be published on September 7 at 10 AM.
Candidates who receive a tentative allotment must confirm it within a specific window on the same day. The confirmation facility will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM on September 7.
After the confirmation step is completed, the provisional allotment is scheduled to be released on September 9. Candidates are advised to monitor the official TNEA portal regularly for updates and further instructions related to admission.
The supplementary counselling follows the earlier registration and document upload phase, which ran from August 17 to August 31. The rank list for this round was published on September 3.
