Krystle D'Souza and Rida Tharana Outwit Rivals to Win 'The Traitors' Season 2
Krystle D'Souza and Rida Tharana won 'The Traitors' season 2, outlasting finalists in a game of trust and betrayal.
The second season of the reality competition 'The Traitors' has concluded, with Krystle D'Souza and Rida Tharana emerging as the winners. The finale saw the top five contestants — Shalini Passi, Krystle D'Souza, Rida Tharana, Sahil Salathia, and Dalip Tahil — compete in the final showdown after Mallika Sherawat was eliminated by the Traitors.
Following Sherawat's exit, the remaining finalists entered the Circle of Shaf, where Dalip Tahil was voted out. This left Krystle, Rida, Shalini, and Sahil to navigate the final stages, balancing trust and suspicion. Sahil was the first to be eliminated, followed by Shalini, setting up a final face-off between Krystle and Rida.
In a decisive twist, Krystle chose to save Rida, despite jokingly calling her the "Worst Traitor." The pair then revealed their true identities as Traitors, leaving Sahil and Shalini visibly stunned. Reflecting on her gameplay, Krystle said she had played the game with honesty and from the heart, noting she had been a Traitor from the very first day.
Host Karan Johar congratulated the duo as the season wrapped up. Earlier, Johar had praised Krystle's strategic approach, telling her she had played a very smart game. The show's format divides contestants into Innocents and Traitors, with the latter tasked with eliminating the former while keeping their identities concealed.
