71-kilometer Sadbhavna Kanwar Yatra from Chandkhuri to Arang concludes at Panchmukhi Mahadev Temple

The three-day Sadbhavna Kanwar Yatra, which commenced from the Mata Kaushalya Temple in Chandkhuri, Raipur district, Chhattisgarh, concluded upon reaching the Panchmukhi Mahadev Temple in Arang. The 71-kilometer foot march was led by Guru Khushwant Saheb, the state Cabinet Minister for Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment, and Scheduled Caste Development.

Through this event, an effort was made to strengthen mutual harmony, equality, brotherhood, and social cohesion across society. Devotees and various social workers actively participated throughout the route of the march. During the yatra, messages of social unity aimed at eradicating social discrimination and uniting the public were disseminated through slogans like 'Mankhe-Mankhe Ek Saman' (all human beings are equal) and 'Manav-Manav Ek Saman'.

During the formal conclusion of the yatra at the Panchmukhi Mahadev Temple premises in Arang, Kumari Bhaskar tied a rakshasutra (sacred thread) on Cabinet Minister Guru Khushwant Saheb. On this occasion, social harmony was promoted by honoring the familial and social affection between brothers and sisters.

Attendees and participants in the event emphasized adopting a spirit of mutual cooperation and respect by rising above caste hierarchy and all forms of discrimination. People from various sections of society joined along the entire 71-kilometer route, reaffirming their commitment to fostering social harmony and solidarity.
